The terms and conditions in regards to cancellation and the eligibility of a refund are as follows:
- Due to the Nature of our Business, we require that any item purchased is to be returned within 48 hours of purchase date.
- All packages must be tightly sealed and packaged in such a way that no further damage or loss can occur to the item.
- Please ensure that the box containing your product is at least 80% full to qualify for a refund.
Payment Refund Policy
Once we receive your item and verify that it’s still in new or like-new condition, we will send you a refund within 30 days.
Refunds should be seen in your account within thirty (30) days. If you do not see your refund hit your account within thirty (30) days,
- Double check your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your bank or credit card company and confirm they’ve processed the payment.
Paypal Payment Policy
- We accept PayPal payments only from verified (paypal verified) account holders.
- We will automatically refund payments made from a Paypal account that isn’t verified.
Direct Bank Transfer Policy
- Make a direct bank transfer to our bank account. Please use your order number as a reference.
- Once the funds have cleared in our bank account, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
- As policy, we will cancel orders that are not paid for within 48 hours.
