Return Shipping
We are happy to work with our customers to make sure they are pleased with their purchase. All you have to do is contact us, describe the reason for your dissatisfaction, and we will offer you a refund or exchange at your option.
The terms and conditions in regards to cancellation and the eligibility of a refund are as follows:
- Due to the Nature of our Business, we require that any item purchased is to be returned within 48 hours of purchase date.
- All packages must be tightly sealed and packaged in such a way that no further damage or loss can occur to the item.
- Please ensure that the box containing your product is at least 80% full to qualify for a refund.
It is advisable to keep a copy of your return shipping document, as we are not responsible for not receiving your returned item.
