Tuah Herbal uses Australia Post to ship throughout Australia and we use DHL to ship internationally.

We ship across the globe to all countries except the USA.

*Covid-19. Due to restrictions in travel, there have been some additional delays in shipping times. We ask that you be patient with us and allow 3-5 additional working days for shipping, during this time.

Our product is great – we know it and so do our loyal and satisfied customers. However, if for some reason you are unhappy, you have 48 HOURS from the date of purchase to return your item(s). Unfortunately, if more than 48 hours has lapsed, we are unable to offer a refund.

Please read the below Refund eligibility requirements:

  • Item must be returned within (48) hours of purchase date.
  • Item must be sealed and packaged in such a way as to ensure no further damage/loss will occur.
  • Unit (shisha) within the packaging must be at least 80% full to obtain full refund.

It is advisable to keep a copy of your return shipping document, as we are not responsible for not receiving your returned item.

Once your item is received and approved, we will notify you via email that a refund will be processed back to your original form of payment within thirty (30) days.

If you do not see your refund hit your account within thirty (30) days, please:

  • Double check your bank or credit card account.
  • Contact bank or your credit card company as it takes several days for a processed credit to be posted to your account.
