PayPal Payment Policy
We accept PayPal payments exclusively from verified PayPal account holders to protect against fraudulent transactions. This means your PayPal account must be fully verified before completing any purchase with us. If a payment is made from an unverified account, the transaction will be automatically canceled and refunded.
PayPal payments must match the name and shipping address used during checkout. This helps us ensure accurate delivery and protect both parties from disputes. If there’s any discrepancy, we may contact you for further verification. Please make sure your PayPal account email is correct, as order confirmation and shipping details will be sent there.
Direct Bank Transfer Policy
Customers who prefer traditional banking methods can opt for Direct Bank Transfer. Once you select this method at checkout, you’ll be provided with our banking details to complete the payment. Make sure to include your Order Number as the reference so we can match the payment to your order.
Funds must clear in our bank account before we process your shipment. Once confirmed, we’ll send you an email notification along with tracking information. If we do not receive payment within 48 hours, your order will be automatically canceled to free up stock for other customers. If you’re experiencing any delays in payment, please contact us in advance to request an extension — we’re happy to accommodate genuine cases.
Credit & Debit Card Payments

Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Policy

Once approved, your order will be confirmed and shipped according to our usual fulfillment schedule. Please note: we do not have control over installment approvals or repayments — these are managed directly by the BNPL provider. Payment Confirmation, Processing Time & Delays
After your payment is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order summary. Once the item is packed and shipped, a second email will provide your tracking number and courier information.
Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours. However, payments made on weekends or public holidays may result in minor delays. If there are any issues processing your payment (e.g. failed transaction, verification hold), we will reach out to you via email or phone to resolve it promptly. Please ensure your contact details are up to date when placing your order.
Fraud Screening & Order Verification
To maintain a high level of security and trust, we perform background fraud screening on every transaction. If your order is flagged for review, our team may contact you for additional verification — such as a copy of your ID or confirmation of billing address.
